Florrie White, wife of Maurice White, at 22 Beeches Avenue. Steve Hempsall writes “ Aunty Florrie (94) is still alive (December 2013) and well although suffering with memory loss; she is now residing in a care home. I think that she had a lot to do with new mums in Spondon as I remember her telling me about her work in the Baby Clinic which I think may have been at the Methodist Chapel”.
