Co-op Butcher's Award

Dated: 1952

Framed & glazed certificate size 14"x21" awarded by the D.C.S (Derby Co-operative Society) to their Spondon Butchery Department in 1952. This was discovered in the cellar of the old Co-op shop in Chapel Street during the time that the shop was owned by Lennox Bros. and rescued for preservation and now donated to the Historical Society (July 2021).
