I remember Herbert, I think he had only one leg ?. He owned the field behind our house on Arnhem Terrace and used to keep a horse in it.

Yes, we used to call the field, 'the prison'.
We had to bring the ponies down Ladybower Road, under the tunnel, and up to the field.
