Sir Henry Fowler

There is a document in my family archive written by my grandfather George Needham (1878 - 1953) who was the second cousin of Lady Emma Needham Fowler, ne Smith. She was the granddaughter of Jonathan Needham 1815 - 1880 who had three daughters who married and two of which went to Horwich with the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway. My grandfather's manuscript reads " Jonathan's Grand dr. Emma Smith married Sir Hy Fowler who became chief mechanical engineer of the L.M.S. at Derby. I presume they lived at 33 Ramsbottom Road in Horwich.
